Entrepreneurial Loan Fund

The Red Wing Port Authority has developed an Entrepreneurial Fund to support the growth of local businesses and to attract new business opportunity to the Red Wing area. Loans are typically between $500 up to $50,000. Such eligible expenses included startup costs, product development costs, marketing materials, rent, working capital, equipment, and building rehabilitation.
