Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank announced plans today to build a $250 million data center in Chaska in partnership with Dallas-based Stream Data Centers. Subject to Chaska City Council approvals, the company expects construction to begin this spring and to complete the project in early 2018. The approximately 56,000-square-foot facility will employ about 18 full-time, permanent workers.
“This expansion will provide more good jobs for Minnesotans,” said Gov. Mark Dayton. “I thank U.S. Bank for their continued investment in Minnesota, as a great place for businesses, workers and families.”
