Josephson's receives a Deluxe helping hand

Josephson's Clothing Store received a perfectly packaged promotion last week, via the Deluxe Corporation.

Two days after the Small Business Revolution contest revealed Red Wing finished in a close second-place to Bristol Borough, Pa., Tom Withers was contacted by the Deluxe Corporation for a small revolution of his own, he said.

"During the original taping for the Small Business Revolution, they remembered that I was finishing up with a customer using a plain brown paper bag," Withers said.

The company offered Withers branding support through its "Bags and Bows" program.

"They would set up a logo plate for me at no cost, just the cost of the bags or boxes if I wanted to reorder any materials," Withers said.

A film crew arrived April 17, in the thick of one of Withers' busiest seasons — prom.

"It was a little chaotic, but it all worked out," he said.
