Visitors and newcomers are often surprised at how accessible Red Wing is. For example, Red Wing Regional Airport is an all-weather airport located just four miles out of town, and just 45 minutes from the international airport at Minneapolis-St. Paul. Blue Airways provides commercial flights to the regional airport.

With ILS for all-weather use, the airport is a busy spot throughout the year. It offers maintenance for jets and ground handling. The heated hangar with 12,000 sq. ft. of room can care for most midsized business jets. The airport is served by bus and taxi.
