Chen brings sushi back to Red Wing

River Sushi, located at 144 Tyler Road N., is Red Wing's newest culinary option. Open starting at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday, the restaurant combines Japanese fare and Chinese classics with a menu full of sushi varieties and Chinese dishes.
A family business through and through, River Sushi is run completely by owner and cook Yun Chen and his wife. Sometimes when the establishment is busy their young son, whom Chen affectionately calls his "little helper," will assist his parents in serving customers.
