Historic Old Central High School building in Duluth may be redeveloped

The Duluth School Board is moving forward with the sale of the historic Old Central High School building to a developer.
The School Board voted Tuesday night to finalize a purchase agreement, according to the Duluth News Tribune. An architect with the State Historic Preservation Office told the paper that a developer has had "very serious" conversations about seeking tax credits for a renovation.
