State legislators got an earful about Zip Rail and struggling local businesses Friday afternoon during a transportation forum at Cannon River Winery.

Members of the Senate Transportation and Public Safety Committee were in town as part of a tour of southeastern Minnesota and to hear feedback on the state’s transportation system.
