Hoffbecks say ‘I do’ to changing family farm

Located just outside of Red Wing on Highway 61, the Hoffbeck family farm has held plenty of special moments on its grounds. For Daryl and Joan Hoffbeck, the three-generation farm was the perfect home for raising their family of four, and now will become the backdrop for a new wedding and event venue business, Legacy Hill Farm.
