Longtime Red Wing stylist opens own salon

Every four weeks for 12 years, Kathy Anderson has kept to the same routine: a haircut and color with Tessa Blue.
"I can only think of maybe one time that we couldn't meet," Anderson said, who has followed Blue to four salons. Most recently, she moved with Blue to her new location in the St. James Hotel, as Blue opened River Blu Salon DaySpa in September.
