How employment and training programs help Minnesota employers meet their workforce needs

There are a variety of training opportunities available to eligible Minnesotans to help them prepare for and find in-demand employment now.
One of these training programs is Pathways to Prosperity, which focuses on providing clear career pathways for people who face systemic barriers to employment. Today, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) announced nearly $13.6 million in Pathways to Prosperity funding to 43 workforce development grantees across the state. This funding will allow grantees to serve nearly 2,800 Minnesotans, helping them prepare for and land good jobs.
