    Leadership trust is the new metric to watch when it comes to broader organizational health, reveals a new report from Aura Intelligence. Sentiment toward senior leadership emerged as the most sensitive early indicator of broader organizational health, declining significantly in sectors facing layoffs, compliance controversies, or sudden return-to-office (RTO) mandates, according to the latest Workforce Industry Benchmarking Report.

    The annual report draws from 12 months of workforce data across more than 20 million company profiles. It provides an unprecedented view into how sentiment, hiring patterns, attrition, and diversity evolved across key sectors, including finance, healthcare, technology, education, manufacturing, and retail, as organizations navigated another year of economic uncertainty, AI adoption, and shifting workplace expectations.
