TCB Announces Launch of 2026 Great Workplaces in Minnesota Program

Minnesota’s vibrant business community and talented workforce make it an exceptional place to live and work. Recognizing this, TCB launched the Great Workplaces in Minnesota program in 2025 to honor the state’s most outstanding employers—organizations where employees are engaged and eager to contribute. During its inaugural year, the program featured winners in the February/March issue of the magazine and celebrated them at an event on February 10.
Reflecting on the significance of the event, Jaime Raul Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group and event emcee, shared his perspective:
