O’Rourke Media Group Names Joe Paul Chief Digital Officer

O’Rourke Media Group (OMG), a fast-growing, family-owned media and digital marketing company operating across nine states and 45 markets, has named Joe Paul as Chief Digital Officer.
In this newly created executive leadership role, Paul will oversee OMG’s rapidly expanding digital strategy and operations, with a primary focus on growing digital revenue, leveraging AI for revenue growth and efficiency, product innovation and operational scalability across the company’s portfolio of hyper-local media brands and digital agency services.
Paul will work closely with OMG’s local publishers, GMs, sales leaders, newsroom teams and the digital fulfillment team to further strengthen the company’s position as one of the industry’s leading modern local media organizations.
