The Red Wing Regional Airport

Located four miles away from the city, the Red Wing Regional Airport is open to the public for use. Flights are provided by Blue Airways. Also, the airport is “equipped with three instrument approaches, including an ILS for all weather operations, experienced jet maintenance and ground handling are available on the field.”

 

The Red Wing Regional Airport can accommodate nearly all midsized business jets with 12,000 square feet of heated hangar and an 18-foot door. “Hangar lot leases are available for Private, Corporate, Commercial and Transient planes.”

 

In addition to the regional airport, Red Wing is also only 45 miles away from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP), located in Bloomington, Minnesota. MSP offers Charter, Commercial, Freight, and Jet services, and flies major airlines such as American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United Airlines, and US Air.
