Red Wing Downtown Main Street

Red Wing Downtown Main Street (DTMS) is a “non-profit association of individuals, businesses, and community organizations interested in the protection, preservation and development of the core Red Wing downtown district.” Their mission is to improve Red Wing’s quality of life by strengthening the downtown area.

The downtown area serves as “the center of the community through education, volunteerism, and concentrated efforts in design, promotion, economic restructuring and organization,” with the help of DTMS. Their mission is to revitalize the city’s historic districts. Businesses can become members and help support efforts in following through on that mission.

Families and individuals can become involved as well by becoming Friends of DTMS. Downtown Main Street also has many volunteer opportunities for those in the community to become involved in to support the local businesses.
